At the beginning participants took a guided tour that provided insights into the project development on the site of the former weapons and ammunition factories. The location, with its striking red brick buildings and expansive logistics hall, vividly demonstrates how historic industrial sites can be redeveloped for modern uses. The plan is to create flexible, tailor-made, and customizable space solutions for contemporary light industrial uses.

Particularly noteworthy is the combination of further development and preservation of existing structures: The development preserves the site’s historical character while simultaneously creating space for a sustainable work environment.

Following the tour, the meeting focused on exchanging ideas. Together, participants discussed current developments in the light industrial market and were given initial insights into the initiative’s upcoming market report.
