The INITIATIVE UNTERNEHMENSIMMOBILIEN is composed of a large number of players who are active on the German market for Unternehmensimmobilien. Their common goal is to improve transparency in this market segment in order to facilitate access to this asset class. The members are owners or developers of Unternehmensimmobilien. In cooperation with bulwiengesa, they contribute to a reporting system in which all transaction and letting data are evaluated.

Alpha Industrial is a long-standing, experienced company for investment, development, letting and asset management of customised and existing commercial, service and logistics properties. Aurelis Real Estate GmbH

The real estate company Aurelis has a nationwide portfolio of sites and commercial properties. Aurelis' strength lies in recognising and realising the opportunities inherent in real estate. For commercial tenants, the company converts, renovates or expands as required, and new construction projects are realised on its own properties. The focus is on business parks, warehouse/logistics and light manufacturing or real estate that can be made usable for business through comprehensive revitalisation. Aurelis is represented by regional offices in Hamburg, Eschborn near Frankfurt/Main, Duisburg and Munich as well as by project teams at various other locations.

AVENTOS

AVENTOS is an investment manager with two business segments: Development and Capital Markets. For the Development segment, the company acquires commercial and industrial properties with development potential. The focus is on Germany's top 7 locations and growth regions. A value investment approach is pursued. In the Capital Markets business segment, AVENTOS initiates and manages investment vehicles that invest in real estate shares worldwide.

Beos AG

BEOS AG is the leading asset manager and project developer of corporate real estate in Germany. Founded in 1997, the company works with an interdisciplinary team on a portfolio of mixed-use, commercial real estate with over 4.0 million square metres of rental space and 4.0 billion euros in assets under management (as of 31 December 2019). Under the umbrella of Swiss Life Asset Managers, BEOS is active as a service provider for portfolio properties of institutional investors in all major German cities. With its special funds, it has paved the way for German institutional investors to enter the high-growth asset class of corporate real estate from 2010.

Cromwell Property Group

The Cromwell Property Group is a real estate investor and manager operating on three continents with a global investor base. As of 30 June 2019, Cromwell managed total assets of €7.5 billion in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. In Europe, Cromwell manages real estate assets worth €3.8 billion in a variety of funds and mandates, including around 205 assets and 3,000 tenants. Cromwell's strength lies in the real estate expertise of more than 200 employees in 20 local offices in 12 European countries.

Fraser Property Europe

Frasers Property Limited ("Frasers Property") is a publicly listed group of companies headquartered in Singapore. Frasers Property's real estate assets invested in hotel, residential, office, retail and logistics asset classes through various subsidiaries amount to approximately EUR 20 billion.

Since the acquisition in 2017/18 of both the Dutch real estate group Geneba Properties and the Cologne-based project developer/real estate service provider Alpha Industrial, Frasers Property has combined its European activities under the common name Frasers Property Industrial ("FPI"), pursuing a long-term project development and investment approach. The assets of FPI in the target markets of Germany, the Netherlands and Austria, managed from its offices in Amsterdam, Cologne and Munich, amount to approximately EUR 1.6 billion.

As part of Frasers Property's business strategy, from time to time real estate portfolios are transferred to three Real Estate Investment Trusts ("REITs") established, managed and administered by Frasers Property. Based on this strategy, in the second quarter of 2018 a sub-portfolio of European logistics and light industrial properties was transferred to Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust ("FLT"), which now has a portfolio of 61 Australian and 21 European logistics and light industrial properties. Investa Real Estate

Investa Real Estate has been developing real estate in Germany for more than 45 years. Above-average success in projects and extensive experience in designing, marketing and realising high-quality office buildings, hotels and condominium complexes have established Investa Real Estate as one of the top addresses for project developments in Germany. Since its foundation in 1972, Investa Real Estate has realised new and existing properties with an investment volume of over five billion euros.

In addition to active asset management of real estate, Investa Real Estate also offers the development and implementation of investment products for institutional investors, focusing on properties with high value-added potential or in need of restructuring.

 

Siemens AG/ Siemens Real Estate

Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the real estate entrepreneur of Siemens AG and one of the leading CREM companies.

SRE is responsible for a real estate portfolio of around 11 million m² of office and production space at around 1,600 locations worldwide and manages it with a view to cost, transparency and efficiency. The business focus is on portfolio management, asset management and development. SRE also offers external companies consulting services in the areas of portfolio strategy and new working environments. With projects such as Siemensstadt Berlin, Siemens Campus Erlangen, Gateway Gardens Frankfurt and the development of currently four Siemens Technoparks, SRE is currently expanding its Development and Rent units and its position as a major developer and portfolio holder.
