Revival in the Investment Market for Light Industrial Real Estate

The investment market for light industrial real estate showed a clear recovery in the first half of 2025. The transaction volume reached 829.8 million euros, which is 13 percent above the same period last year and 81 percent above the second half of 2024. Almost 70 percent of the transaction volume for the whole of 2024 was already achieved in the first half of the year. Demand for space also developed positively, with an increase of 21 percent compared to the first half of the previous year.
